• You can cancel your existing interview appointment up to 12:00 noon on the working day before your scheduled interview date. Note: Once you cancel your appointment, all your application data will be deleted from our system.
  
  
• Your Alliance Bank fee receipt can be used to schedule a new visa interview appointment within one year from the date its purchase. The fee receipt expires after one year. If you do not appear for the interview within 1 year and still want to travel to the United States, you will need to purchase a new fee receipt.
