This facility is available at the US Visa Application Center located at Wisma MCA, Suite No 19.05, 19th Floor, 163, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.

To qualify, an applicant must meet any of the below mentioned conditions and should not have any previous U.S visa rejections.

• Age 13 and under
• Age 80 and over

Age 13 and Under

To qualify, a child must:

• Be age 13 or under;
• Be a Malaysian national or resident (proof of Malaysian residency is a Malaysian ID or visa with "right to abode and work");
• Not previously have been refused a visa;
• Not have an American parent (unless the parents can provide documentation of a formal finding by a American Citizen Services Unit that the child is not an American); and
• Have both parents possess valid U.S. visas. (In cases where one or neither parent has a visa, a parent will have to apply in person on behalf of the child.)

Exception: Children 13 and under applying for F, M or J visas must come to the Embassy to be interviewed, accompanied by at least one parent.

Age 80 and Over

To qualify, an applicant must:

• Be age 80 or over;
• Be a Malaysian national or resident (proof of Malaysian residency is a Malaysian ID or a visa with the "right to abode and work"); and
• Not previously been refused a U.S. visa.
