INDEMNITY

Applicants & Users agrees to indemnify and hold VFS Malaysia, its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the breach of this Agreement, or violation by the Applicants & Users of any law of any country or the rights of a third party.
