NOTICES

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, legal notices shall be served on VFS Malaysia'S authorised agent at: No19.05, 19th Floor, Wisma MCA, 163 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and to the Applicant to the email and/or address provided to VFS Malaysia during the online filling of the form. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent. VFS Malaysia may give Applicants legal notice by email or to the address provided during the registration process.
