incomplete forms may not be accepted. Print the DS-160 barcode confirmation
sheet at the end of the DS-160 application on a laser printer. After you have
printed it, email the confirmation page to yourself so you have a backup copy.

it.
Return to this website and click on the
Earliest Available Appointment link once the fees are paid
to check for the availability. You are advised to schedule an interview
appointment on this site if the available date meets your travel plan. Kindly
do not request for an emergency appointment if slots are available for the next
working day.

If no immediate interview appointments are available, visit the
VFS application centre along with your original
passport, CEAC Confirmation Copy
, Alliance Bank fee receipt and any supporting documents required to prove
the urgency. VFS will issue you an emergency interview appointment letter.
Note: Emergency interview appointments are subject to availability.
Applicants with insufficient documentary proof to prove urgency will be told to
schedule an ordinary interview on the Web site.

Report to the U.S. Embassy on
the date and time of your visa interview. You will need to
bring your printed appointment letter, CEAC Confirmation Copy,
one recent photograph,
(taken LESS than 6 months ago) current and all old passports and the
original Alliance Bank fee receipt. Applications without all of the above and
the original Alliance Bank fee receipt or with an incorrect photograph will NOT
be accepted.
